- Identify scope of work and breakdown tasks to each member: strengths and weaknesses.
- Finalising of project Plan: what needs to be done and by when?
- Identify areas which require attention i.e. problems in understanding. find out. last resort, ask Tutor
- Discuss team meetings and the possibility of additional meetings.
- Identify items which need to be completed by next meeting.
